Communications and Fundraising Administrator and Travel Administrator

WaterAid's mission is to overcome poverty by enabling the world's poorest people to gain access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene education. Following a period of tremendous growth and success at WaterAid, we are looking to recruit two key administrative staff in the Communications and Fundraising Department to help us move closer to our vision of a world where everyone has access to safe water and sanitation. 
We are looking for two able and motivated individuals to join an ambitious and successful Communications and Fundraising Department. The two roles will work closely together to support the delivery of our communications and fundraising aims and targets and will be central to the smooth running and success of the department. . 
The Department Administrator will spend their time building effective communications channels and networks within the department and across WaterAid. You will help us share news and success and support teams in planning and reporting throughout the year. You will provide an efficient and resourceful secretariat to the four Department Heads, supporting their networks, projects and day to day work. You will also take the lead on knowledge and resource management within the department. 
The Travel Administrator will play an important role in helping us build and steward relationships with our key donors and networks through coordination and management of international programme visits for supporters and staff. You will be a natural influencer with strong experience in travel management preferably gained in an international development context. You will work closely with department team members and international staff to coordinate and help plan and manage our programme of overseas trips. 
In both roles you must have strong written and verbal communications skills, an outgoing and positive attitude, a proactive approach to getting things done, and a proven ability to deal with people at all levels with confidence and discretion.
